1. Order Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days Monday through Friday after receiving payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:

  • Shipping is free on all orders over $75.
  • There is a $5 shipping fee for orders less than $75.
  • Most items are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage.  Estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
  • Delivery estimates are calculated from the date of shipment and may vary depending on the carrier and destination.

3. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking number. You can track your order on our website or directly on the carrier's website.

4. International Shipping:

  • We currently do not ship outside of the USA.

5. Lost or Damaged Shipments:

  • In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at rustyvelvethome@yahoo.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.

6. Order Modifications and Cancellations:

  • Once an order has been placed, modifications or cancellations may not be possible. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

7. Holiday Shipping:

  • During peak holiday seasons such as Christmas or Black Friday, shipping times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes and carrier delays. We recommend placing your orders early to ensure timely delivery.
