Where do orders ship from?
All orders are stored and shipped from our warehouse in Texas, USA.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 3 business days Monday through Friday. Please note shipping times may be delayed during sales events and peak shopping days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on all orders over $75. There is a $5 shipping fee for orders less than $75.
Do you have a storefront?
Rusty Velvet Home is currently only an online boutique located in Texas. There are future plans to establish a storefront.
